  This is our 1999/2000 seed offering. If you do not see what you are looking for - just ask we might be able to find it. What can you lose? We are offering a very wide selection -not exclusive only to perennials.
Over the next month or two we should have additional seed listed. For the 2000 year we are adding more than 200 different perennial plants that you can raise from seed.
Bulk pricing is available, if you need 7 - 50 times what is listed , drop us a line and we we send back a quote.
 

One note on raising plants from seed, most plants raised from seed are going to be variable, that is  - if you order a pkt. of seed that has white flowers and the normal color of the species is blue you can expect some plants raised from your seed to be blue. After ordering a lot of different kinds of seed and growing them our selves it is apparent and unavoidable that these things happen. So if you have a problem with a disproportionate number of plants being off as to the description, please let us know so that we can remedy the problem with our sources. We have had no complaints as of yet but know that there has to be one or two problems in a selection as large as we offer.

Aquilegia alpina - Clear blue flowers on 18" tall plants. Attractive rosettes of foliage in the spring with a bluish green cast. Flowers are nodding with short to Medium long spurs.  Blooms the second year. 90 Seeds $2.00

Aquilegia 'Blue Shadows' - long spurred flowers on 18" tall plants. 90 seeds $2.00

Aquilegia buergeriana 'Calimero' - Distinctive looking flower that are purple with light yellow corolla.  The flowers have short spurs and hang over the attractive foliage.  Blooms at 8 inches and fits nicely in the front of the border or in the rock garden. diffrent. The seeds germinate  irregularly over a number of weeks. Use temperatures of F 40  to F45. Do not throw away flats for at least one year- some seed might still germinate next spring. Surface sow, light needed for best germination. Constant moisture must be maintained. Keep seed flats in bright shade but not in the sun were the seed medium will tend to dry out. Zones 6-8.  This species is from Japan. This plant is worth the amount of work needed to germinate it because of it's very distinctive look.  20 seeds $2.50
