	'Ammi' or 'Lesser Bishop’s Weed' or 'Tooth-pick plant or 'Spanish carrot' or 'Bullwort' Apiaceae: Plants grow about three feet tall with greenish-white colored flower heads like large carrot flowers. Used for cutting material, It is slightly aromatic and very bitter tasting. Flower clusters have flattened tops and are round in shape, they resemble Queen Anne's Lace, and are 6 inches across. The fine feathery pinnate foliage is nice filler for cut flower bouquets. Makes a great fresh cut flower and is useful as a border subject too.
