This seed germinates best under cooler conditions, I would use a plastic bag and one tablespoon of moist sand or perlit or potting soil mixed with the seeds and keep in the fridge, check the baggy ever week and remove the seeds that are starting to germinate and plant them in a pot or a sheltered location outside and keep moist.
