'Virginia Waterleaf' or 'Eastern Waterleaf' Hydrophyllaceae:

Late spring blooming plants with gray-blue colored flowers. Plants like moist soils in open shade.

Zones 4-9. Native from Eastern Half of the USA. Seed germination after 90 days of cold stratification. Start with 7-25 days at F.65 - 75. then move to 32-39F for 90 days, then back to 65 F . Surface sow-light needed for best results germination is spread-out over a few months.
