Plants have ivy-like shaped foliage and variegated leaves of green and silver-white. The foliage is very attractive and the plants are worth growing just for the foliage display. The flowers are bright rose-red with white centers and many plants have a thin white edge to the flowers. Plants are smaller than most types and make a good pot plant or used as a trailing plant down a wall. A mini morning glory - so to speak. One plant fills a one gallon pot well since each plant is basely branched with a number of stems each growing 6 to 9 feet tall. Fast growing, so should be planted in its growing location in a few weeks after germination.

Annuals. Nick seeds and soak in warm water for 24 hours, Germination in less than two weeks at 68ºF, Cover seeds with 1/5th inch of soil medium.
