	'Candy Lily' Iridaceae: Flowers look like the flowers of Belamcanda. Here is a bigeneric genus between Belamcanda chinensis x Pardanthopsis dichotoma. This is a dwarf strain with 6-petaled 1.5 to 2 inch wide, saucer-shaped flowers in a mix of colors including yellow, orange, pink, purple and red. The flowering scapes growing to 1 to 2 feet tall and blooming in July-August, with some blooming to frost. The sword-like leaves are iris-like. Best grown in full sun in sandy, humusy soils that are well draining. Tolerates summer heat and drought. Zones 5-9. 10 seeds.
