An adaptable plant with dark green leaves and deep violet-purple colored flowers, plants bloom through the summer months and grow 2 to 3.5 feet tall. Like all other species of Verbascum - they should be grown on well draining sandy-rocky soils that are not overly fertile in full sun to light shade.
