Improved color. This is a reselected seed strain with more consistent dark coloring.
Dark bronze reddish colored leaves and stems with white flowers tinted with light blue-lilac.
Nice contrast. Some plants will be green and others a lighter shade, select out the darkest colored
plants and use as a clump for a nice show in the border. 36' tall. Summer flowering. Blooms the
second year. When this plant first came out there was some confusion do to the name
- The flowers are white and the foliage is dark.
Zones 4-9. Surface sow the seeds, light needed, and germination should start in 2-3 weeks at F.
