'Michaelmas Daisy' or 'New York Aster' (AS-ter:NO-vee-bel-GEE-eye)
This is a nice blend of colors including blue, pink and white, reselected for larger and brighter colors. Up to 4 foot tall plants blooming in Aug-Nov but I would trim them back in late June to produce nice thick bush plants that will put on a very showy display. Plants will bloom the first year, late summer blooming species native to much of Eastern USA. The name comes form their bloom period which includes St. Michael's Day (September 29th) Use in full sun or light shade-more shade will lead to floppy growth. Zones (3)4-9. Surface sow seeds, light helps germination, F 70 germination is erratic from 1-10 weeks.
50 seeds.
