Plants grow 12 to 20 inches tall and have nice ultramarine blue flowers. Plants are well branched and produce a lot of flowers, heat tolerance too. Zones 4-9 Will bloom the first year. This is a nice plant for those that like Delphiniums- but do not want or have the wrong climate (too windy) for the larger tall stemmed forms. The flowers are shaped differently with spurs and plants are more bushy shaped than spike like. The palmately (shaped like a hand) leaves are attractive with long thin segments with the lower leaves have long stems come from the base of the clump and the upper leaves are closely attached to the stems. Dead Head regularly for extended bloom season. 50 seeds.
