Attractive yellow "flowers" in spring on plants that grow 2 to 3 feet tall. Grow in full sun in moistureretentive soils or part shade in normal garden soils, does well along the edge of a woods even if you have deer. Long blooming with a colorful display , upright habit with thin willow like leaves, clump forming with a number of stem on older plants. Blooms the second year. Zones 4-10. 25 seeds.
