Another Denver Botanical Society Selection, This grass has white ribs on the foliage and purple tinted flowering panicles with silky-silver 'flowers' that can be dried for indoor arrangements. Grow in full sun in well drained soils on the dry side-once established. Plants flower late summer into late fall. Grows from 4-12 feet tall and 3 feet wide. Zones (5)6-10.
