Dark golden daisy flowers above dark green-cut leaves. Perennial with leavs crowded into a basal tuft, they are stemless or nearly so. Variable with lanceolate shaped and entire leaves to pinnately cut. From the mountains of central south Africa. Zones (5)9-10. But grown as a pot plant. Handsome.
Germination starts in about two weeks at 60- 68ºF, and is spread out over a few weeks. Cover seeds1/5inch deep- darkness helps with germination.
