'Philippine Lily' A tall plant often over 6 feet with large, trumpet shaped pure white colored flowers blooming late summer into late fall. Plants have 6 or more flowers per stem that tend to face downward and are scented. Best in full sun, but will grow in some shade if given support. Self seeds and seedlings look like thick grass blades the first year. Zones 10-11. Others zones when grown in a large pot and/ or stored frost free over the winter. Soak seeds in warm water for 24 hours. Thinly cover and use 38 to 50F with germination spread-out over a few months. Best germination when soils are cool instead of warm. 50 seeds
