'Prairie Mallow'
This is an outstanding cut flower with 1/4 inch wide flowers of bright dark pink on upright 20 inch tall spikes. Plants grow 36 inches tall and bloom in mid to late summer. Will bloom in the fall the first year if started early.
Zones (4) 5-9. Sow seeds in a plastic bag with some moist seed mix and keep at room temps for 2weeks and then place in the fridge for 4-6 weeks (30-39F), sow and keep at F 60, Germination in 2-3 weeks. Or sow in the fall and keep outside for germination in the spring.
