Salvia daghestanica is a low-growing, mat-forming, prostrate perennial with velvety, oblong-lanceolate leaves. Plants produce spiky flowering stems that grow 6 to 12 inches tall. Plants have large, pure blue flowers produced in late spring and early summer. grow in full sun in well-draining soils, drought tolerant once established. Deer Resistant and Rabbit Resistant. Looks attractive even when not in bloom with its silver leaves.
