Dark pink to reddish pink flowers on 24 to 30 inch tall stems. The flowers are crowded into a rounded head like a phlox. Plants are self sowing biennials. Plants bloom in late June and July. A useful cut flower and a showy display in a large informal bed or planted in a grass meadow.
