Mix of colors, large flowering plants. This species blooms heaviest from mid through late spring, and sporadically reblooms throughout the summer months. Improved reblooming occurs when plants are deadheaded. Armeria pseudarmeria has broad evergreen leaves and more or less upright, 12 to 18 inch tall flower stems, and large 1 inch round flower clusters. A good choice for color and durability, the plants make a good edging and border plant or used in the rock garden. Best in full sun in gritty soils. Will flower the first year with an early sowing.
